Meal Prep Sunday/IF update Itâs officially been about a week since Iâve been using IF. In my experience so far, itâs been somewhat challenging to adjust to but not too much. Letâs start with the positive first: -Iâve found that my sleep quality has improved. I usually have a hard time sleeping and it seems IF has really helped me to sleep more soundly. -My binging has really gotten under control. During restricted calorie diets, binging on food has been an issue for me at times but with IF, I havenât restricted my calories at all and if I binge it really doesnât put a huge dent in my overall goal due to not eating earlier in the day. -Itâs convenient. I really enjoy not having to make breakfast in the morning anymore. Sometimes I miss eating my eggs first thing in the morning but Iâve found I have no desire to have them later on so I only now ate eggs this weekend. The drawbacks -It takes a bit of an adjustment. My energy levels have been lower during my workout than usual so far. I think my body is still adjusting. -The hunger pangs still can be a bit annoying. It gets better with time but sometimes you end up clock watching until your next feeding window if youâre not otherwise occupied.
