Throwback Thursday. I still can’t believe I ever allowed myself to become so heavy but I also have to remember I was very unhappy and was afraid to just be the real me. I have so many tears of damage to work on so those ABS are going to take longer to see but I’m still driven and more confident than I’ve ever been. Time and patience.
