Long Post Alert! Yesterdayâs Chest and Bicep session didnât go completely as hoped. I think my body is adjusting to IF. I didnât have the usual level of strength and energy that I normally would expect. The weight felt pretty heavy and I was kind of dragging. I still pushed hard and got through the workout. Iâm sure I burned a ton of calories still as I always keep the volume high. Iâm not too worried about it though and I expect to bounce back next week. ? Diet wise, I have no longer been restricting my calories while doing IF. I eat freely within my feeding window, but I still track them just to make sure I am getting my nutrients and hitting my macros for protein. I expect to continue this way at least for a week or two and see what happens. My weight has not gone up at all despite binging out in the evenings, on junk after Iâve gotten my nutrition in earlier in the day. I am pretty much only eating 2 meals at this point. Sorry for long post but just wanted to catch you guys up on my IF experience thus far. More updates to come! ?????? âââââââââââââââââââââââââââââ
