Shortcut to Shred Phase 3 has a high carb day each week for replenishment from low carbs on the training days. Today after 6 straight days of training, I get to enjoy myself. This was breakfast. Pancakes with syrup, honeydew melon, red potato, a hard boiled egg, scoop of whey protein and water. A sub sandwich comes later. The diet also allows for pizza and some chips but I may pass on that. This meal was 575 calories, 36 grams protein, 92 carbs and 7 fat. At the end of the day I will be at 360-400 grams of carbs
