Are you using your time wisely?

Time is the most valuable thing we have because you can NEVER get it back! So don't waste it! I am not one to sit down for a long period of time and if I watch TV it's a documentary or something that will teach me something new and useful. I also like to sit in silence and read self-help book or something that will teach me a new skill. It's also why I get up at 3am to get my workouts even on my days off so I don't lose time with my wife and kids.
