Banana & Sweet Potato Delights!

I got you covered. I usually make ice cream with my frozen bananas, but thought I would give them a new twist. I usually make a protein muffin with oatmeal, protein powder and almond milk, but decided to take out the dry ingredients. This recipe is only 4 ingredients and dairy free! 1 cup smashed ripe bananas 1 cup smashed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup nut butter (any nut butter) 1 cup applesauce (or eggs if you like) 1 Tsp cinnamon 1 Tsp nutmeg Optional 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or nuts. If you want chips and nuts ensure no more than 3/4 cup total. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine bananas & sweet potatoes then add nut butter, applesauce or eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Once incorporated, fold in your nuts and chips. You can fill your muffin tins pretty full, since these will not rise much. Bake for 20-25 min depending on your oven. Let cool and enjoy!
