My Wednesday gym routine ??ââï¸? Started with a six minute warmup on elliptical trainer ??ââï¸ Legs and butt workout â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸ Reverse lunges with pulses - 75 lbs. 16 reps on each side and repeat 2 times Squats with weights - 95 to 105 lbs. 16 reps and repeat 4 times . Squat jump 30 reps and repeat 3 times Cross back lunges each side with 75 to 95 lbs. 10 reps and repeat 2 times Deadlifts (my favorite) 105 lbs. and 12 reps and repeat 3 times ???????????? Time for the abs ? Ten minute ab routine with 14 moves. 2X ????????????? Off to the elliptical trainer again ??ââï¸ Six minute changing pace and resistance . â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸ Ending with tone it up moves Side opener twist for 30 seconds Elbow crunch 10 reps Tricep pushup 10 reps Downward dog ? with knee 10 reps Plank shoulder taps 10 reps â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸â¬ï¸
