What do you hard cores do when your body gets too conditioned (cardio style of course) to keep challenging yourself annnnd avoid overuse injuries?! I alternate activities (what I consider cross training) to help avoid overuse, and sometimes try to dial it back for a while, but Im too scared to lose my cardiovascular gainz too ???ââï¸ Come on people, this app has to come with something good. I mean we arenât alllll here to stare at your selfies ??
