I need plenty of sunshine whenever and as much as possible, especially in winter. Because of its ultraviolet my atopic dermatitis has been under control for so many years. I jog without shirts even in winter (except for Jan and Feb, or days with snow) for I need that sunlight. When I can't get enough sunlight in winter because of bad weather, that spring atopic dermatitis gets back at me with vengeance. Luckily in the past few years, that wasn't the case.
