side by side sunday - feeling grateful

I know that what’s on the inside is the most important but FitFam, I’m beginning to feel more confident about myself and be more comfortable in my own skin. I see the man on the left and I don’t recognize him. I see the man on the right and I see hope and happiness. Even though I’m older and have a few more wrinkles I still sometimes can’t believe my new life and the new experiences and opportunities it has provided me. It’s pretty unbelievable. I hope you all are reaping the rewards of your dedication and hard work.
