One thing I have chosen to do and that is give it my very best in the gym. I must say that I am stronger and fitter today then I was in high school. The science of lifting and workouts was not widespread when I was in school. Getting ready for sports teams was ten pushups. Run a 1/4 mile. Do five chest presses. And you were considered being in shape. Science of the body has come a long way. Whether itâs nutrition or supplements there has been a lot of work done to ensure future generations get and stay healthy. I love my job at the hotel but I love my job as a fitness advisor. I love to workout. I love to learn what makes the body respond to the right supplement stack and the nutrition my body can grow from. I am highly allergic to many veggies so I have to ensure that my body doesnât reject what I put into it. So it best reacts to dark green veggies and lots of chicken and fish.
