Keep that consistency

Donât ever let traveling for work, vacations, events, or whatever stop the gains. Consistency is in my opinion one of the hardest things to establish. I know so many people who can work so hard for a significant period of time, then fall off for weeks and months, and either lose all that progression and regress or just keep on restarting. Thereâs always gonna be things that come up and take you outta your routine. You donât have to workout maybe as long, as often, or even as intense as it be if you were home and in your routine, but make the time to do some kind of exercise. Keep yourself on track even at the busiest of times and when that routine reestablishes, you can keep building off all you hard earned work chasing for more and more!
