Bench press Hit 3 sets of 5 at 300lbs, 2 sets of 5 at 280lbs, 1 set of 4 at 260, butterflies, face cable pulls, 3/10 pull-ups, abs , 1.5mile run. Feel great! TY folks for the motivation!
