Back in my hometown in hopewell NJ. Since I was 14yrs old I’ve easily run 20000+ miles alongside these rural freight tracks. It is where I have always loved to run and where my first g/f and I would hang our after tennis. In addition to 20 miles on elliptical did 20 miles here today as well. Carb intake last 2 days 40g. Definitely not necessary for energy
