So I am thinking to myself!! I wonder where I would be if I had not chosen a #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitgrandpaonafitjourney and remained like I was in 2008? I would probably be fatter then 250 pounds and dealing with a ton of health issues. But I chose to ignite a life change and a passion in me for fitness. Whether I am mentoring others to their change or kicking myself in the *** to help me I am getting real results. Itâs through daily nutrition and some great supplements and an incredible vitamin super food shake and daily work in my #homegym I have chosen to strive for a daily goal not just to lose weight or gain mass. Those kinda goals are awesome but if thatâs I had I would want to quit when I reached them. I use to do that. Today itâs focused energy 6 days a week I put in the gym. #tuesdaymotivation and #tuesdaytransformation is what itâs about. I am increasing lean muscle but I am also shredding unwanted fat cells in my body. I feel good and leaner today. Have an amazing #tuesdaymorning
