Before you jump to conclusions, Iâm in great shape and never been happier & better! After training yesterday for 3 hrs pain free, plus solid flexibility, this is due to cupping manipulation. Highly recommend if your muscles are wound tight or recouping from ortho surgery. Enjoyed training on upper body this am, ab & oblique crunches, push up, planking & pull ups!
