Monday 30th - AWESOME ENERGY Last night. Took a few days active recovery (lots of cardio but no lifting). Woke up yesterday morning with the most amazing acknowledgment that I felt GREAT .... but nothing was sore. Havenât had that combo in a good long minute (been sore every **** day for 15 months!!?) I almost didnât know if I should embrace it, or freak out ?lol. What was certain is that my recovery mission the past 4 days was a success, all muscle tissue had been repaired.
