Breakfast is definitely one of the hardest meals for me to get in daily but I wake up and do it just like making my bed every morning. At least a breakfast protein smoothie to get me going. It takes 14 days to make something a habit why not try. Pick one thing and keep track of doing it daily, once it becomes part of the everyday routine pick something else you want and work on that.
