Every day choose to push yourself. This workout taxed me but in a good way. I added a five pound weights on my wrists adding to my 35,40, 45 pound #dumbbellworkout I did tricep extensions on my weight machine and had to check to see if it was broken because my original setting was so easy. I had to up the weight. In the last three weeks I am lifting heavier then ever. I am so stoked. #fitguyonajourney #friday #flexfriday #fridaymotivation I also had an amazing playlist from @arlenequinnmusic @ryan_keown @thecolortc to listen to while I did my sets and reps.
