This was my bar before my last set of 5-8 rep Deadlifts tonight. You CAN do 225 without using 45 pound plates people! I started using 25s instead of 45s a few years ago because the range of motion was limited with big plates and my Monkey like long arms. I started with a warm ups with a 25 on each side and added combinations of 25s 10s and 5s each set to get 225 on the 4th working set.
