When energy is low and I have a lot to do ... yes... aside from helping during workouts I will make one of my favorite pick me up drinks ... A scoop of preworkout (which ever flavor you like ...) the juice of one freshly squeezed lime, filtered water (cause tap wonât do!) and plenty of ice! Definitely a go to when my energy levels are low and I want to chill and sip on something that doesnât require me to take it to the dome and head to the gym. #preworkoutrecipes #lowenergy #energydrink
