Sorry I’ve been MIA for a few days. I’m trying to follow my doctors orders and rest. My foot and leg and now back ore tweaked out so as much as I want to go hard I have to heal. Still waiting to see what the x-rays say to. If I look at all of your progress it makes me wanna do it to so I’m trying to hide my eyes but it’s now a lifestyle so it’s kind of hard to turn it off and sit on the sidelines. Do an extra set for me today and soon I will return the favor.
