Absolutely dripping post cardio :D Today was my first day of Intermittent Fasting! Shockingly, the fast wasn’t even a struggle. I stayed busy doing work, sipped on my Hearthstone Native black coffee, and didn’t even think about being hungry. I’m doing my eating window from 2-10pm and before I knew it, my alarm went off to eat. Bring on the shreds!
