âMOTIVATION is what gets you started. HABIT is what keeps you going.â I feel confident that I have found the right balance in my fitness now that the challenge is over. I worried that when it ended I would go back to binge eating and getting lazy at the gym but this time feels different. I want this! I donât dread the work it takes to have this. Itâs habit now.
