My buddy Aaron has officially convinced me to give it a try.... I will be starting Intermittent Fasting on Monday! I did a pretty long bulk so I’m going to do IF for a solid 6 weeks to see how my body responds. Hopefully it’ll shred fat like crazy! We made an awesome video for you guys on Intermittent Fasting showcasing Aaron’s incredible 6 week transformation following this method.
