My favorite food in the world. Only problem is its very high in mercury like Tuna. This is a once-a-month only safe fish. I used to eat it daily before knew it was an issue. My dad, a doctor, told me get mercury checked after I started having mercury poisoning symtoms (itching, feels like ants crawling on skin). Got blood checked for mercury and was so high had to be reported to government. Merc level is normal now but for things like Tuna, chilean seabass, swordfish, you really gotta be careful.
