Legs used to be my strongest muscle group, these days I can't even squat 2 plates a side due to my back. This morning I was in the mood for squats, so spent a long time building up the weight on them. Got up to 90kg for an easy 10 reps but my back felt weak so frustratingly I had to stop at that. So annoying, my legs can take so much more weight but my back can't. I need to work more on lower back strength to deal with the old injury.
