These 3 humans are the reason I chose this healthy life style. Not because I'm vain (although I can be) ... I chose to start my life over again 5 years ago because I was so out of shape that walking to the park at the end of my street was exhausting, doing anything was exhausting... I was overweight and unhappy and because of my unhappiness my kids suffered. Fast forward today where I show off and do cart wheels on the front lawn like I'm 13 again and they laugh and cheer me on or when I play mini stick hockey with them for 3 full periods and crush them... those are the reasons I chose this life style. Not to just post pics for likes... I post for encouragement from a support group of people who are all doin the same thing... so thanks for the support... but my 3 boys are the only ones I'm looking to impress. ?
