I fell a little short on my targeted carb intake yesterday. Today's workout is Back and not going to fall short again. I pulled out the waffle iron. Breakfast: Belgian waffle with syrup, turkey bacon, honeydew melon and 1 1/2 scoops of whey protein. 800 calories, 45 grams of protein, 125 g carbs and 12 g fat.
