Almost at the half way point of my 12 week diet and workout plan. Iâve lost 9lbs so far. I hate cardio, I hate dieting, and I hate doing abs, but I get it done anyway. I start 25min high intensity cardio 4x a week soon. Iâm not looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to the results.
