It was only 25 mins... but I managed to get seated rows for the middle back and for the rear delts, shoulder presses, lateral and front raises, sit ups, tricep rope pushdowns, and 21 curls. It wasnât crazy but I felt in control, and really focused on slow, concentrated movement. The pump felt great, and it has helped my mood immensely. I reaaaaallly needed this workout!!!
