Exercise daily: Vigorous exercise is best, but even light exercise is better than no activity. Exercise at any time of day, but not at the expense of sleep. So the Beast returned from vacay & tore my upper body up! Cardio blast for 20min. Thinking Iâll do 4 sets ..12 reps of ab rollers. Then enjoy sweet dreams of FL sunshine ?
