WE SHAPE OUR BUILDINGS... THEREAFTER THEY SHAPE US. I AM A 50 YEAR OLD YOUNG AT HEART GRANDPA... I PRAY THAT I MAY HAVE THE FORTITUDE STRENGTH HEALTH AND WELL BEING TO INSPIRE ENCOURAGE MOTIVATE OTHERS AS I CONTINUE MY JOURNEY CONSISTENTLY CONQUERING THROUGH LIFE'S NEVER ENDING BATTLES THROUGH MY NEXT HALF A CENTURY. WHEN WORDS ARE BOTH TRUE AND KIND THEY CAN CHANGE THE WORLD. #knowledgeandmileage ___ FINAL WEIGH IN @ 212.8 POUNDS. DIET/NUTRITION: In all it's variety and complexity... My Choice on Heart Healthy foods has always been Simply Simplicity. Although I do find all those nutritional charts Impressive. Challenged with Dyslexia... I am Confused by them. I've never counted calories, carbs or anything. Throughout the years I have learned to rely on my Intuitions. Listening to my body... going by my Gut Instinct. My main staple is Oatmeal. Being 100% FINNISH... we always called it Budawa. TRAINING: I have learned many valuable lessons in my lifetime. I take them to heart. You live, learn, evolve. Incorporating & Utilizing best I can Kris Gethin's Training Methods. I don't have a lot of equipment compared to most gyms... I Utilize & Make What I Got Work! I always execute all my Training Exercises by Contracting Isometrically with a Controlled Movements. While Deeply Focusing on the Muscle Group that I Am Training. This not only helps Improve my Progress... This also helps to prevent Unnecessary Injuries. ___ YOU ARE BORN WEAK AND DIE WEAK... WHAT YOU ARE IN BETWEEN THOSE TWO PERIODS OF TIME IS UP TO YOU #KAGEDMUSCLE FOR MY DAYS PASS AWAY LIKE SMOKE, AND MY BONES BURN LIKE A FURNACE. (Psalm 102:3). SO TEACH US TO NUMBER OUR DAYS THAT WE MAY GET A HEART OF WISDOM. (Psalm 90:12). Pain is that last quarter mile... You feel it, but when your through racing, your whole body feels elated. So the pain is worth it. The Ultimate Measure of a Man is Not Where He Stands in Moments of Comfort, but Where He Stands at Times of Challenge and Controversy.
