Put some fat on over easter I think, I’m going on a holiday for 10 days, leaving tomorrow. So I won’t be uploading or going to gym. When I get back I’m going to diet hard asf and eat clean and drop off the last few kgs and get shreds. I’m 84-85kg still, no pump in this either. I will I’ll try to go for afternoon walks ect while I’m away and keep my calories low and still try to fast if I can. But I’ll be back and looking my best within the next month. :)
