Doing abs before my weight workout has been causing the total workout times to be TOO LONG so I decided for at least now to move them to my cardio days. This was my circuit set up in my complex fitness center today. Cycled among crunches, knee ups, hip thrusts on the bench, DB pullovers and twists with the medicine ball. 4 circuits of 4 exercises changing exercises and the order on each. Less than 15 minutes to do.
