Today it was #tricepsworkout and #bicepsworkout I did a 100 reps which included 4 sets. It was a workout a friend said I should try that would push my arms to failure and help achieve results. So two different types of hammer curls. Standing bicep curls. Wide and narrow and then triceps. I got a great pump. Feels good.
