My leg day usually starts with a couple hammie exercises because it warms up my hips and glutes and I feel better when I hit squats. âï¸ laying leg curls 3x 8-10reps âï¸seated leg curls 3x 8-10 reps âï¸ leg press wide 4x 15-20reps âï¸ leg press narrow 4x 15-20 reps âï¸Squats 10x 15-20 reps âï¸goblet squats pyramid up for burnout Super set with âï¸ bodyweight walking lunges till failure. My legs respond better to volume so thatâs what I do.
