I’m not gonna let shingles keep me down. Staying positive and focusing on the good even if I was instructed not to go to the gym since shingles are contagious. Take my meds and drink lots of water. I am gonna get lots of rest and be a good boy. No gym. No dates. Just take care of me till I can go out and play again. Have a great Saturday and do an extra set for me.
