Today weights: Squats 120lbs x 5, 100lbs x 15, 50lbs x15, 120lbs x5. Sumo squats standing on benches for that deep squat with 30lbs DB 3x15. Deadlift stiff legged 50lbs 3x15. Lateral DB rise 20lb DBs 5x10. Seated shoulder press 20lb DBs 3x10. Lat pull down 85lbs wide grip 5x15. Then I did this cardio as if I wasnât dripping ? already. Lol ? but I did it.
