Wasnât sure I should do these given some of the hip and back soreness Iâve had but Iâm kinda glad I did! I have been neglecting them since my little roller skating fall, and I donât want the gains going away. Not heavy, but slow, in control, and focused on the mind/muscle connection. Result was a decent pump and burn!
