Weâll some of us may have lost an hour of sleep or work out time this weekend so that just means we need to work a little extra hard to make up for it this week. I get to meet a brand new trainer this week and I have set the goal of increasing the size of my weights and creating muscle March madness. Shoulders like boulders, pumped up chest, biceps like bowling balls legs like tree trunks and maybe even one tiny little AB. Come on abs, I know youâre there! Make daddy happy and come out to play.
