Today I trained Quads. When I started this offseason I decided to break Legs up into two days. One day for Quads... another day for Hamstrings and Calves. I keep at least a few days between the two sessions and so far I like it. I like to train.. I like to train for a good while. I train hard and with intensity. Sets with los of reps and sets with just a few. If I train everything all in one day... something gets compromised. After Quads Iâm too exhausted for a proper hamstring workout... and if I add on day after day without taking a rest. I start to drag my feet... so giving this a go. So far so good.
