I've been to the gym on and off for a good ten years now, never have I been as serious as I am now tho. As a kid I had no real structure and like most just thought chest and arm day meant everything before it was time to hit the bars on the weekend. ?? Now I am 65 days in and on a solid routine with the best diet and everything is going as planned. One thing I neglected growing up was my legs. Always avoided it but now my personal trainer makes me do everything and more than I can imagine.
