Here are my 8 weeks 'before & after' pics from Kris Gethinâs Hardcore Trainer 2. I lost around 7kg over the last 8 weeks and I managed to do all this training around bicep tendinitis (which is up towards my shoulder) and a facet joint problem in my lower back - most chest workouts are a real struggle with this and deadlifts are pretty much a no go for me these days. It is all improving over time but I got really out of shape from my tendinitis flaring up big time at the end of last year. Super pleased with how I did and now to continue progressing with hopefully no more setbacks. Photoshoot images to come soon too :)
