It’s been a crazy few months. Diverticulitis and colonoscopy and the flu and the snow and ice but all of that is done and under control. I had to monitor and tweak my gym workouts a bit but I still lost weight and ate healthy so I feel pretty good. Now it’s full speed ahead. Back with my trainer and routine. I’m excited to see what I can accomplish for summer.
