#250KCHALLENGE WEEKLY CHALLENGE. Post your progress pics, numbers on a scale, or new PR. Well... My laptop burned up last Saturday! I am not able to post on my Instagram... I do not own a cell, long story. This cool Owner of this small local Computer Store is working on eventually getting me hooked up. Anyway,. Physically I feeling good despite a slew of life challenges. Enduring through the ongoing sickness of my wifes medical issues, my moms declining physical disabilities. Our home is literally falling apart... with the roof leaking really bad & the basement flooding needs dire repairs!!! Our home insurance don't want to cover damages. Not able to get a loan. So hope it holds out till we can somehow manage to get it fixed. I am keep my head up trying to be strong for everyone. But its so **** hard. Despite the circumstances I am fighting through it the best that I possibly can. I now, averaging 225. I have not measured my arms in a long time now. I measured them today & they were over 19 inches, breaking a new PR! I have been breaking many PR's with added weight for my training as well. I am grateful that I am maintaining my size & strength through it all. Using my circumstances as a torrent to push me through. I am not doing too much cardio right now. I know from past experience that I lose too much gains. Slowly meticulously monitoring with my carb cycling & overall diet nutrition with my Intuition from past experiences. Still incorporating & utilizing the best I possibly can with Kris Gethin's training methods. And so grateful for the knowledge & advice from IFBB Pro Joe Palumbo that I still utilize as well. Currently not using any pre workouts or fat burners. Really wanted to go to the Arnold Festival this Year. But I have to be honest... I simply just cant afford to go. Regardless I will continue to Kick Lifes ***... no matter what.
