OVERALL RATING
With me having to pause and rest for a ton of days ... it's making me reflect. I'm getting back to my why. I joined this to get real with myself. To actually finish some fitness challenge I set out to start. To get into clothes that I am tired of moving around in my closet. To stop hiding in photos, and we know the list goes on ... THAT is why I joined. Sure, there is the bonus of prizes and such. But. My MAIN goal is to finish!!! To be able to take after photos and say: I DID THAT!!!! I FINISHED SOMETHING I set out to do FOR MYSELF!!! #truth on so many levels. I am so grateful again for @bodybuildingcom & @optimumnutrition and for this #250kchallenge BECAUSE of them and this challenge. It has forced me to be honest with myself on a whole new level, every week learning more about myself. Well. This week takes the cake. I found out I have heart problems, not 100% sure yet (waiting on cardiologist) which means I'm not out of the woods for a heart attack yet. But. That also means I'm still in the challenge and I have an even bigger mission now. How to try to reverse the damage to my heart & still survive to be living the life I've always dreamed of.
