Branzino is the main thing I eat right now. Current diet is Warrior Diet. Protein powder / muscle milk [light] only during daytime (liquids), eat solids around 8PM (branzino, carrots, spinach, red bell peppers). Faster cardio at 515AM with minimum calorie burn of 900 calories. Doing regular workouts around 6PM.
