This was at 210 lbs. Felt flat, was not happy. Diet was easy. Breakfast: Fasting. Pre workout: Energy drink and protein bar. Post workout: One liter of chocolate milk with three raw eggs and olive oil. When i got home: 300 grams of pasta with a can of tuna. One the run? Salad with chicken and feta cheese, raw sausage. Snack: Crackers with french cheese, before bed: 1 or 2 lbs of cottage cheese with protein shake.
