A little Selfie Sunday cause I just ate cheesecake and Iâm also consistently the heaviest Iâve ever been (intentionally) but still have some abs showing! Iâve been training abs lately heavy AF every other day, doing HIIT cardio 6 days a week, and overall eating clean but in a surplus. My BW is fluctuating between 197-201 lbs. I still would like to get to 205 lbs but stay there for my strength training. 205 will be heavy for me but the division Iâm competing in is 93 kg (204.6 lbs) so training at that weight will be perfect for powerlifting prep. Just happy to see even as Iâm bulking up, the ab development is progressing. Closer to summer, Iâll focus a little more on shredding some fat and really making them pop!
